Hi there, I have always wondered why no one really does wam with softened cream cheese. There is a possibility that i am just ignorant and haven't seen it. I would love to see someone play with softened cream cheese or even better would probably be cream cheese frosting, as a pie filling or just as a thick wam substance.

Im guessing a reason its not used alot would also be its price, seems like it would cost alot maybe?

ive used this with sugar and heavy cream in a blender and it turns out pretty thick, but taste wasn't that great.
