I see your point, but I also think there's something to the idea of a new model who isn't used to everything. It's going to be that much more shocking and gross for her if she isn't used to having any messy thing happen, which means she'll more likely to have the kind of reaction some of the savory humiliation fans crave. Also someone totally unfamiliar with messy might say yes to HGD quicker. Theres no "Hang on, what about that marshmallow statue thing? Can't I do that?"
I'm with Scroggle on this one. IF you get to the HGD stuff, it should be a slow build up over the course of many scenes. Not jumping into the deep end feet first and ensuring that she is too freaked out to return. Just my two cents.

How about a good old-fashioned Messygirl initiation? Penelope as the perp? I'm thinking along the lines of Justine, a few years back. Such a good scene - and it certainly ensured she came back for more - Justine made some great scenes thereafter!

Frankly I'm biased as the black grease shoots are my favorite, but I think redheads tend to look killer in black, so I feel like that would create the best contrast.
