We added our first issue of Messygirl Comics to the members section at Messygirl.com.

This issue is called "Justine in Distress at the Bakery Xpress"

This issue was inspired from the "Justine Pied and Hogtied" video.

One question: has this gone to print and, if so, will it be available via traditional "comic" format?

Some back story, too, would be interesting. Dunno if you posted prior but am curious if a Wam fan comic artist reached out to you or how this seed of an idea grew.

This will be only digital for now, but after we get a few stories under our belt, we may combine them all into a printed comic book. Each story is about 6 to 8 pages long. So we would like each printed issue to feature at least 3 stories. We have 5 storylines already, and you will be happy to know Mrs Bee is going to be featured in a story that was inspired from her "Pie Bang" shoot.

We were approached by a WAM fan who is a writer with a connection to an artist. They already did a few comic pages that catered to his personal taste, and he asked if we would like to feature them on our site. We liked them, but felt we would be better served if we had our own Messygirl comic stories. So we struck a deal, and they are now our writer and artist team. The next story is being worked on now and will feature Amy.

I'm not sure, we haven't communicated with her in a while, but she does check out the UMD from time to time, so I'm sure she will know eventually.

It's like witnessing the birth of Batman, Superman, and Wonder Woman all at the same time! A future collector's item.

Be sure to keep it in mint condition!
(Future WAM collector dumps mint-chocolate-chip ice cream all over it.)

Man, I really really miss Justine.

Yes, we do too. Law school is taking up most of her free time.

Hmmm ... then mayyyybe checking with her before using her likeness would've been advisable...?

(Although I would enjoy a scene in which Justine agrees to attend a Messygirl settlement conference.)

The Amy and Penelope issue will be out in issue 3 or 4.

I think we are safe, it's just an extension of her video shoots in comic book form. Won't this hold up in court?
