First session went great in New Jersey! I have a hotel tonight if anyone in the area wants a session, or just a hangout somewhere around here. I'm near East Brunswick. Sucks that you have to deal with so many flakes and crazy (not in a good way) people. Hopefully the NE will continue to treat you well. It would be sad if there's not another tour, of course, but you do what's best for you. Perhaps a comeback tour after a while. Or maybe for some gathering/event kinda thing someday. We'd hate for you to not get to have any more fun here in the states.

I've never had enough interest or sessions in that middle ground. I've been doing I need at least 3 messy gigs to go somewhere... after a talk with a friend in chicago (not clue haha) I've decided it's now 5-6 messy gigs. I adore travel and it's all been so awesome but I need to stop being a total moron and barely breaking even at end. I don't know how to say no to an offer to see a new place though lol! I'll make it to y'all eventually I'm sure. You haven't been given a chance to be put on my shit list!

Gotta try to coordinate some "Messy Week" kinda thing well in advance, like spring break week, down in Jayce's Indiana area and see how many midwest wammers could gravitate towards there as some kind of sacred messy pilgrimage. Then Maria could try and make an appearance, too, and there could be some mix-and-match sessions/play among the visitors and models and what-not. Ah well, it's an idea, anyway.

Not very.

It is really fucked up that people take advantage of the fact you travel all over and then get left high and dry. All talk till it comes time for the action, then you could hear a fucking mouse fart in a conversation with them. I really can't say that I blame you thinking about no more US tours, or maybe not as often. I remember reading the threads while you were in Europe and it seems like people there are more respectful of your time and what you are doing. You are like a carnival of fun traveling all over and if you don't get the crowds in one area you don't go back. I have seen that with various conventions. If the turnout is not there the convention does not come as often as other places. Same thing with bands and concerts it is just a fact of life. If you aren't going to book a session you can't complain when the carnival Maria skips your town. I hope things pick up before the end of the US tour.

Met Maria today, All I'm going to say is she is the coolest chick I have met in a long, long, time. Simply Awesome!!

Look this isn't that hard if you are going to book a session with this amazing woman have the balls and the smarts to follow it thru. If you don't you are missing out big time.

Thank you! This is exactly it. I can't afford to go somewhere I don't have work. And I'm sorry but when I save enough to actually do a trip... I'm going to places like the Belize and Malta trips etc.... not Idaho. (No offense to Idaho btw!) I'm just not taking a vacation to middle of nowhere to be used by men that don't respect what I'm trying to accomplish here with this crazy voyage of mess.

And no worries! I've had a couple college kids pull through and book mini sessions, and I had to super sweet Umd friends contribute $200. I'm out of the hole and back on track. Still barely breaking even it looks like.... but wondering around throwing pies and meeting people and seeing new places is awesome, so I'm definitely not complaining. Life is good! Great in fact! Yes!! I guess nerves freak people out that much sometimes. Makes me feel bad because if they met me they'd see there is nothing to be scared about.

The deposits were all spent on 4 plane tickets needed for tour and 2 rental cars. I talked to a couple friends, I need to up the amount of messy gigs required for me to travel somewhere so I'm not always teetering on the edge. Lol. Like I said though, it's cool and will work out. I just sucks while it's happening... when I haven't figured out HOW it will work out yet. Lol!!!!

That's crazy that people are flaking after paying deposits, you're absolutely lovely to meet and you'd think all the glowing testimonials from both ordinary folk and pro producers would count for something. Honestly people, she is amazing, lovely, friendly, fun, and just generally wonderful to spend time with.

You're certainly always welcome back within these ancient walls, if necessary we'll flog off some of that awful 18th century furniture that her ladyship hates to pay for more gunge.
