1. Wearing a suit take a photo of yourself - standing in a bucket of Yellow gunge or custard then a second photo this time with the bucket and contents over your head ( this means head in the upturned bucket with arms by your side )
2. Wearing a tight pair of trunks, swimming arm bands and a face mask and snorkle you need to take a photo of yourself pouring thick custard into your pants,
3. Buy a three tins of squirty cream in the supermarket together with a chocolate birthday cake, go to a remote location, with two paper places add cream from one tin eat to the plate and empty the third tin on top of the cake, make a video of yourself sitting naked on the cake and pieing yourself with the cream.
4. Wearing a super tight pair of skinny jeans, and a tight shirt you are required to fill an inflatable bath ( you can buy them on amazon ) with bulk tubs of custard, Golden syrup, and mayo - then sit int he bath, and using a bulk order of treacle pour that over your head.
