With almost everything you can think of doing you'll have an audience who enjoys that type of WAM- so do stuff you enjoy and embrace the new ideas that sound fun to you.
The most important thing is to genuinely have fun while doing it.

If you ever need inspiration- post the outfit (or the mess) for your next scene and open the floor- you'll get a tonne of suggestions!

If you need advice on a specific subject- please drop a post and ask.
In general;
Bring extra towels- they also make good padding to go under the catch pool.
Tarpaulin/plastic dust sheets over EVERYTHING you want to keep clean- mess tends to fly quite far (I've wiped it off the ceiling a few times!!).
A large square dustpan is brilliant for cleanup- you can scrape+scoop at the same time and clear a lot of mess at once.

Keep a decent pair of scissors in easy reach- you may need to cut clothing off yourself.
(had to do this twice- zip on the back of my PVC maids dress was too slippery to operate, and after the lace-up on the back of my prom dress pulled into a tight knot during the session).
