I bought one of these as well. The trick is to NEVER let anything harden onto the chair, such as a splatter of pudding or batter. Get it outside and hose it down as soon as humanly possible. If you don't, then it will require soaking water onto the hardened spots and repeatedly hosing or scrubbing those areas down, till you're down to clean plastic. It is MUCH easier to hose it clean BEFORE anything hardens. Re-softening the hardened stuff is a huge chore.
I once owned a house with an attached garage that had a tap on the wall and a drain in the floor. Today I have to haul such inflatables outdoors to hose them down, wondering if neighbors are looking and what they might be thinking.
Oh, and MessyGirl: This is an awesome mess and Brittany wore it well!

This is our second chair, the first one gave us about 8 shoots before we decided to get rid of it. This new chair has been used 3 times and this last savory shoot left a few stains, but nothing that bad. We were able to get this new chair for like 30 and now it's 64. We may buy a few to stock up when the prices go back down.
but HOOOOOWWWW DO YOU CLEAN IT!! if its outside ewwwww!! I learned my lesson with pb one time.....i dumped it in the ditch and it brought maggots and i had to go out EVERY DAMN DAY and hose it and dump bleach on it!!! omg!! TERRIBLE!!!!
anyhooooo i want another chair for sure but GOT DAMN they are really upcharging on pools and chairs! i just ordered two inflatable pools that will have to be disposable in these shooots and it cost me like 65 bucks for tiny pools!

Well, luckily we have no bug issues because we are doing our shoots on the 21st floor in a high rise building. We just wash everything down in the shower since we have no backyard to hose it clean. Dawn dish soap tends to get the stains and smell out of the plastic.
Man I love this format of dishing out mess. Proper nasty stuff, fair play to the girls for sitting through it. Looks like a hell of a lot of stuff used this time, that chair filled right up
