This video is Epic. Pulling off something this big and keeping it from devolving in to chaos is an act only the most seasoned creators could pull off, and even then it's a mean feat. My highlights:
Penelope proves once again her face is a magnet for pies, with virtually everyone nailing her squarely dead center.
Zoey remains one of the sexiest pie targets to ever assume the role. Her reacting is as good as her perfect tits.
Brittany is the secret show stealer as she sputters and stutters with the skill of a vaudevillian legend.
For me personally, can't get enough of apple bottom Dakota getting faceplanted, and her reactions are becoming as good as her veteran compatriots. These ladies are my stand outs, but the whole cast is great. And the costumes are great and take enough liberty to add some subtle extra skin. Fantastic.
This is a super dense production. So much mad cap action going on making it such a value for it's low price. It feels significantly different enough and big in scope to invoke the large multi girl pie fights of the past, but with much better clarity and visibility. And it's a faceplant extravaganza, which is soooo rare in and of its self.
Stuff like this comes along so infrequently that for most pie fans, I see this as an instant purchase. And while it undoubtedly won't need my recommendation, I'll happily give it. 5 stars.
Congrats to the messygirl's team, even if I'm a mud fan I can recognize how incredible this remake of the great race iconic scene is. This will be an important scene for our community for a long time. Thank you so much!!

Must ask though: the cake; how did you do it? Like was it a large Home Depot sponge with blue icing over the top?
Thanks! Yes we used a large foam pad with butter cream icing. We made it this way because we wanted to have an unlimited amount of face plants and since it's soft, the girls could go in full force.
1. We're there any gags or setups that worked out better than you planned?
2. What was the most difficult thing about a shoot this size?
3. Was there anything you wanted to add but just couldn't due to money/logisitics/time?
4. We're there any gags or setups that didn't go the way you wanted them to?
5. How did this scene impact your thoughts and feelings on doing other large pie fight scenes?
6. You mentioned other pie fight from tv/movies scenes you plan on doing, can you give us any details on those?
7. Is this, or will this, become your best selling video to date?
1. The "sponge" cake with butter cream icing.
2. The working space. We could have used an additional 15 ft of space.
3. A large tub of pudding.
4. Actually all our set ups worked out fine.
5. This isn't our first large amount pie scene, but it was the most girls we used. It's a possibility down the road to use 4 or more girls with this many pies. It was fun for all.
6. The I Love Lucy game show scene with Ricky singing and Lucy gets the mess. We are using Zoey and Richard. Penelope as Cruella and a tub of slop.
7. So far it's selling very well. It could become our best seller from the looks of it.

I hope so. This kind of risk taking should be encouraged. By risk taking I mean larger scale projects with a good amount of directing, etc. I understand that it is difficult for producers to involve more than 2 actors, script, angles, etc. so I am happy it is doing well.

I played the Pie In The Face Polka music the 2nd time I watched it and it became a comedic masterpiece. The brandy line is my favorite.
Thanks. We thought about music with a polka beat, but we just couldn't find anything in royalty free music that we liked.
I'm happy that you didn't add music. I can think of 2 scenes that I have which feature music which I don't want to hear. I would guess most prefer no music.
It is nice to be able to add any music. I also tried watching it silent, 2x speed, with Benny Hills music. Quite funny.
