We have a new member of the household within these ancient walls, sponsored through her ladyship's artist-in-residence scheme, meet Honeysuckle, the Lunatic Poet! Honeysuckle has moved into one of the attic rooms, formerly servants quarters back in the days when we had dozens of staff here, and as well as working on her art, she has absolutely thrown herself into the life, and particularly the messy life, of Saturation Hall.



Just released on langstonedale.com is her first ever time getting messy, when she caught a ride down to the Marsh House estate and literally threw herself into the mudbanks. As this was her first time she dressed in our trademark style, tight fitting blue boilersuit belted at the waist, blue wellies, and blue rubber gloves. She waded into the mud, deliberately fell over on her bottom, slid about, crawled, rolled onto her front, and dragged herself along, totally drenching her entire outfit in gloriously sloppy mud in the process. And once her clothes were drenched she gave herself a thorough mud shampoo, her lovely long black hair submitting to the clay's all-covering embrace.

And as you can see from these pictures, she rather enjoyed it too!

Well, scholarships are awarded principally on artistic merit, but getting on with the household traditions definitely helps. And if she's really lucky, she might get to gunge her ladyship, which is a high honour indeed.

Thanks! She was, first time ever in the mud and she absolutely loved it. She's really thrown herself into all things messy, she's been back in the mud with Felicity, and she did three back-to-back shoots with Maria in the dungeon yesterday too - been shooting solidly with Maria for the last four days, hence lack of time to answer posts till now - still got lots of sorting and editing to do but we have some real treats to come.

This update sounds like some very awesome stuff is coming down the pipeline at the Hall and Langstonedale.

Honeysuckle's blue suit mud scene is now available in the members lounge on video, 19 minutes and 52 seconds, all-action, no titles or credits, she steps into the mud within the first minute, has her first sit down very soon after, and from then on it's non-stop muddy mayhem. Enjoy!
