+8 million red eyes to Midwestmess's advice to make sure it's cheddar sauce and not nacho sauce. You don't want any peppers or spices on the label, or you will be washing it off a lot sooner than planned.
If you get the right stuff, it is wonderful to play in, and other than leaving a slight cheese smell, cleaned up well with dishwashing soap.
I've used cheddar cheese sauce a lot. It looks and feels amazing. I've also used it with 4 cheese Alfredo sauce too. I also recommend easy cheese pies.

we have both done nacho cheese probably a couple times a year mixed with other savory.
when i did the bathtub full i fucking loved the texture! loved the consistency. the smell became so much a part of the area you couldnt even tell anymore. my camera man was gagging when he showed up. alas. the cans i used were nacho cheese and did have the peppers on them. it was not cheddar. i have always bought nacho....honestly? it has never bothered me. i dont know if my old leathery skin from so much wamming just is used to it? or what! lol.
okay if i remember correctly the bathtub full were these cans....and they didnt burn or anything. I remember not wanting to get out! i also remember that once i did? and the bathroom smelled nice and fruity after cleaning? the rest of my house STANK. and my thick hair? the undercoat didnt get rinsed as well as it should and it STANK. even after? it STANK on my skin. super fun. smell LINGERS.

You need to get coffee-powder. Coffee absorbs the molecules of the smell and thus neutralizes it. Rub it in your hair and wash it out after 5min. Also you can place some pots of coffee beans in your bathroom. To be honest, i didnt test it with cheese, but I removed some really lingering smell like that of fresh paint.
On the other hand: You will have to deal with lingering coffee-smell.
Of course you HAVE to test it and make another cheese-tube-video for us.

smells terrible but feels amazing (warm)--make sure you heat a SMALL amount of water and whisk it in to warm it up. Don't go crazy with it or you'll burn your face off
It definitely has a tendency to get into all your nooks and crannies, so you might want to triple wash after or wear ear plugs when you do it. Otherwise, never had a problem with cleanup
