I shot some new mud wrestling scenes today with Kymberly Jane and Sarah Brooke. I replaced the old grey clay with some thick sticky dark brown clay. The girls liked wrestling in it. It's not very deep, but this lets you see more of the women's bodies as they wiggle around in the mud.
Yowzer!! I love it!! The new mud coats really well. I think it's something about the way the light hits the mud. The darker the mud, the more dimension (and curves) you see. Plus, Sarah Brooke's smiling face all covered in mud is a work of art and Kymberly Jane is as beautiful as ever.

Thanks! The new mud was great! I'm much better at shooting this stuff, than I am at editing it. I need to pull the footage into my workstation. I'll start on that this weekend!
I just love the texture. I'm not complaining about ANY new mud content we're fortunate enough to get, but that gray clay that gets used so often is just too smooth and too dark.
I think a little lighter (more 'tan'?), and a little wetter and it might be closer to the stuff used in 'Stripes'.
