Excellent advice, though be aware, for every 1000 feet of vertical height, you lose six degrees of temperature. So while it might be a lovely and pleasant 20 degrees at sea level, it'll be a distinctly chilly 14 or less up on Saddleworth (1300 feet up).
The Langstonedale moors are even higher, beautiful but cold, which is why you don't see any peat mud scenes from us. Years back we shot near some of Andy's locations though, keep meaning to head back down that way, there are some pretty back roads from Skipton, not that far from here. And the Trough of Bowland is lovely to explore.
