I've seen pictures of the mud flats around the Bay of Fundy (and am aware to follow the tide out and leave hours to get back before the tides), and mud sliding on the Shubenacadie river in Canada.
I'm looking to make a trip to that area this summer after vaccinations, and was wondering if anyone has advise on hunting mud up there. I imagine I'm not the only "mud tourist" on these boards who will travel for a mud adventure....
Yep I've been there 3 times already. It's pretty good. Areas around Wolfville have bike path on dikes so you can bike have a picnic and accidentally send a freezbie in the mud also Wolfville had a mud day.. probably wont happen this year. I've tried the mud sliding near the bridge on the 236 that goes over the Shube. Theres a parking next to the bridge.. bring something to clean up has it's a bit complicated to cleanup with the rushing tide..
Also keep in mind the NB and NS borders are still close to tourism..

Thanks for the details! I'm just waiting for that border to open so I can have a nice trip!
