I remember him from back in the day. He has some great work and I was in regular contact with him (when we had the days of Yahoo! Messenger). I wonder whatever became of him.
His screen name was actually snotrocket, not snotpocket.
Eventually he went "pro" as BizarreNovelties. Not that his videos ever looked even vaguely professional, haha, but professional in the sense that he began doing it for money, i.e. selling his work online. In fact, his videos actually looked worse once he went from the snotpocket era (which were all or almost all shot outdoors, with random passerbys he'd ask to get pied for $50) to the BN era, which were all filmed indoors and had generally very dim lighting.
