Netflix romcom starring Tom Blyth (Voldemort and Snow, what a combo!) and Emily Bader.

Near the end of the movie there's a scene where the two main characters have a sort of confrontation after a wedding rehearsal dinner. Emily's character gets overheated and storms outside in the pouring rain, evening gown and all.

You don't see much, but it's enough that my fiance winked at me while they were outside arguing in the rain.
