Ok, the title is hot, but the scenes are a fraction of a second. Don't get your hopes up. Here are two screen caps. And here is the video: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=BTsW30Ur0sg
Side note: It's from a Black Mirror episode on Netflix, quite a good one. There are more covers in the episode and as a rock fan I found it odd that Nine Inch Nails songs converted to pop so well.

Yeah pretty good Black Mirror episode... about manufactured pop stars and control i guess Thought it was kinda funny and ironic that Miley then performed this as Ashely-O at Glastonbury.... erm.... hasnt she sort of missed the point?

I don't think anyone is more aware than Miley just how manufactured Hannah Montanna was and how professionally orchestrated her pop stardom was. Is any of that her fault? She was a kid, playing a role. The forces that created her career were beyond her powers and maybe even a little beyond her understanding. I think that is exactly why she took that role - she knows how perfect she is for it.
None of this takes away from her talent either - even though most of the music she make is not really for me - she has her moments. Did you see her take on Pink Floyd's Wish You Were Here on the last SNL or her take on Paul Simon's 50 Ways to Leave Your Lover on SNL's 40th Anniversary Show. She can be pretty impressive when she puts her mind to it.
