If I were to create such a show, it would be a baking themed game show. Two contestants decorate their cakes with pastry piping bags, frosting, fondant, or what ever they want to use. A judge, or the host, judges the cakes. The winner gets push their cake in the face of the loser. The loser gets to sit on their cake. Best 3 of 5 rounds, and the winner gets to decorate the loser like a cake. Some other ideas:

A bracketed plating competition. 20 chefs compete to present and decorate food on the plate. This would be a bracketed and judged competition, but losers advance instead of winners. The chef that loses gets humiliated by having all 20 dishes dumped on them.

A game where two chefs compete to cook, but they don't have ingredients. The chef's partner unlocks ingredients by doing messy forfeits. For example, if their partner pours ketchup over their head, this unlocks ketchup for the chef. If their partner dunks their head in a bucket of cream, it unlocks cream for the chef. The chef only cooks and their partner only gets messy.
