I'm a fan of videos where someone in the shoot is participating in dishing out the mess or is enjoying or finding it funny when the others onscreen are getting messy. They think they're going to stay clean only to have the tables turn before the end of the video and they receive their messy comeuppance.
Sometimes it is scripted and features good acting on their part, but sometimes it genuinely seems to catch them by surprise. A perfect example of this takes place in "Miss American Pie 2003" by PieVids; https://pievids.com/cgi/autogal.pl?vidnum=tws-22-0182 Lauren, the host, who has been dishing out pies the entire video turns and gives the producer off camera an annoyed look when she is almost hit with a pie. A few seconds later the producer misses their target again and hits Lauren in the head with a pie. She gives them an even more annoyed look, and possibly a messy middle finger. At this point the other girls in the scene decide to fully make her part of the mess.
Another example I have happens in "Sorority Blowjob" by Messy Dreams; https://messydreamsnet.umd.net/download_info/sorority_blowjob This moment was likely planned out before the shoot, but it was still a nice turn of events when the person off screen decides to pie the other two girls who have been mocking Gia getting messy throughout the video.
I'm looking for other memorable scenes that feature a messy comeuppance, whether scripted or seemingly unplanned. Any recommendations are appreciated!
Oh yes, I'm definitely a fan of the "Customer is Always Right" series. I'll have to see if I can find the PieVids video you are referring to.
Another favorite video of mine is "Oops There Goes the Bake Sale" by Messy Fun; https://mfvideoonline.com/cgi/autogal.pl?vidnum=tws-52-0007 At the end of Part 1 the girls decide to turn on Celeste after following her game of Simon Says for so long and allowing her to hit them with pie after pie. Later in part 2 another girl Brittany shows up and they obliterate her after they learn she's been watching them get messy for a while.
Yes I like this idea too. One possibility is where one girl is a kind of prim but sexy authority type figure, manageress maybe, or a sexy WPC, who keeps interrupting when the others start getting silly. At the end, the other girls then get their messy revenge by tying her to a chair and pelting her with pies

Sadly, I almost NEVER do 3-girl scenes.... But on those rare occasions, we definitely use this setup. The classic/ancient SS58 clip was scripted and has Jordan mocking her friends... only to get nailed. The more recent SS128 clip "Return Of Elle" was SUPPOSED to just have the 2 newer girls getting messy.... until they dragged Elle into it at the end. (So, a rare unplanned moment!)
If you're looking for simpler 2-girl clips with "inequality" (where one poor girl gets it all, only to have the second girl get it in the back half), there's quite a few of those. One fairly underrated one is from SS139, where Stacy's friend tagged along IRL and agreed to appear in the clip as the "singer" of "Three Pies On The Wall" as Stacy got nailed. The catch? SHE had to get it at the end too. Good times!
