Hi!!

My girlfriend finally wants to play with me and pies!! We did it in the past with whipped cream spray... I don't like it and I'm interested in prepare marshmallow fluff...

I want to make it in the easy way. I found an easy recipe to be done with my thermomix... is with sugar and water to do a glucose syrope, then with egg whites... that easy... however, I don't know how would be...

Anyone has prepared marshmallow fluff or something like it to prepare pies?

ive used store bought fluff to mix with heavy cream for thicker pies.
i have also melted marshmellows and mixed in pudding for a nice slime
