It just so happens I shot a video this way a couple weeks ago! It was only part of the overall video (3 pies and some applesauce poured on me), but when I finish editing it it'll be free!

Splat HQ did a session with Paddy O'Brian some years ago and he was lying down in a pool with gunge being poured over him. Don't think it's available anymore unfortunately.
I have fantasized about lying on my back on a floor with pies and similar stuff dropped onto my face, chest,everywhere from about 1.5-2 meters or 4-6 feet, whatever can be done
I've always preferred pieing myself or others on our backs. That way most of the pie stays on the body instead of falling on the ground. Shaving cream pies though don't work that way, since they have so much volume for their weight.
I've only gotten "trashed" by another guy a handful of times, but the one I remember the most (and the one that I enjoyed the most) was this one, when I was lying flat on my back on the floor the entire time, as he dripped, drizzled, flung, poured, and sprayed various things all over me (then knelt down beside me, rubbed/smeared it around all over me, and slowly edged my throbbing cock).
Messyben and megajoe10 both have a couple free videos on here where they get messed up lying down. I really want to try it as well I just have to figure out how to do it and film it. It's been on my list of stuff to try for quite a while since it looks like it would be a blast.
Its self messing but I have a video with custard, treacle, cake mix and flour poured on my head and shoulders. Couldn't hear see or breathe. It was great fun.

Too short, but I remember finding some clips from this TV show called slops diner where one of the contraptions was a hot dog where the unlucky dad/ teacher etc had to lie on it and get the sauce from above
