This sort of looks like an MPV photo with another face photoshopped in. Maybe the original was Lena?

Havent thought about photoshopping, that might be the cause, sadly. It has some MPV vibes but I havent been able to find any fitting vid/model from their production.
Such a shame, this could be a blast vid/photoshot.
