Hey! I remember this clip being really solid despite some goggles being worn. Beautiful sports caster Katie Nolan got pied in the face twice on Fox Sports' "Crowd Goes Wild." Does anyone have this clip or know where to find it?
Katie Nolan was actually penalty-pied in two different quiz games on whatever this show was. I think they both happened in 2014. In the earlier one, Regis was nowhere to be seen and Katie was pied alongside Olympic skier Devin Logan. Katie and Devin end up taking some sweet revenge on the hostess of the game, a nice-looking blonde woman, but there's really no visible aftermath of that.
I've uploaded both of these pie quiz games just now, but I'm not sure exactly where they are. Maybe check the Videos section on my profile at least an hour or two after I've made this post. (I've never uploaded a video to the UMD before, except the very small kind that you can just attach to a post. These two video files I have are way too big for that, I tried to attach them here but couldn't do it.) When I uploaded these clips, the page confirmed they'd been uploaded, but it didn't give me any hint where, how, or when they could be viewed. I'm guessing there must be an approval process on videos, and so they're probably in approval purgatory right now(?).
Unfortunately, the way they show the live action in these games while they're happening is as an inset, rather than full-frame. (There's a bit of full frame before and after the game. But all the pieings, except the ones of the hostess at the end of the Logan/Nolan clip, are in the inset mode.)
I'm leaving town in a few hours, so if those videos don't show up somewhere automatically, I'm not going to have a chance to re-upload them for a couple days when I return (and I'll need someone to explain the process to me first as well). In the meantime, to tide you over in case the videos have just vanished into cyberspace, I've made some screencaps of the Logan/Nolan pieings. Enjoy!
