I'm trying to find a user whom I came across. I dunno if it was the woman herself or her SO, but they shared several personal images of the woman covered in pie at home. In some shots that I remember, I think she was sitting on the floor, and next to a door. I remember that one of these photos had many comments where someone asked for the pie recipe because of good coverage and they responded saying that they were real deal coconut cream pies.

It might not be much to go on, but hoping for some magic.

Unfortunately not. It might have been older, like not in the last couple years but not 100% on that.

Also I don't think most of their content was a very "professional" setting, no excessive mess, just one or two pies.

Could you be referring to Simp99? His pie pics usually gets a lot of requests for the recipe.

those pies were delicious, hahaha. Real coconut cream- the Shipper got them from walmart but doctored them up a bit, I believe, in case you want to ask him for recipe advice!
