I have some adventurous friends who might be up for a messy wrestling type of event.

I've had some experiencing setting stuff up for a WAM scene, but nothing like a messy wrestling scene where more physical space might be required.

Logistically, getting the venue right is the most problematic. Can't hold it at my place (apartment too small). Ditto for getting a hotel.

I wish I could rent like a "splosh studio" like in the UK. Any thoughts on finding places to host a messy event?

if I knew I could get it going, I'd do an Atlantic one. But we are just so spread out here in the US

Having been to a few messy events and talked with organizers I can tell you that running an event is not easy. Their are many factors like Cost of Supply's and Venue Hire, Setup and Clean up, Safety of everyone involved and more

Don't forget filming it so Regis can have a wank.

I whole heartedly second that!!! Unless you have a "proper studio" with loads of space for setting up, mixing, cleaning off, adequate shower facilities etc, you're gonna struggle. Even here in the UK, getting to hire a suitable venue and get enough folks involved is tough enough, then breaking even after you've bought supplies. Unless you get a great venue like London Splosh Games, who hire a fetish friendly pub, then it's difficult to break even.

Having said that, it's great fun and well worth the effort to see people loosing their inhibitions for a few hours, and getting stuck into the mess. It's just sad that more fetish clubs/venues don't open up to sploshing activities because of the mess involved and potential Health & Safety issues

Do you know someone "friendly" to Wam ( or friendly to the idea of seeing nakedish people ) and has an acre or so of open back yard ?

If yes, you could then maybe -some what - cheaply put up plastic sheet screening around a reasonable sized area to play for around $100.

6ft x100 ft plastic roll + about $50, wood poles = $35 to $45, staple gun = about $5.

Stake poles in ground, stample sheet to poles. Set a day. Call all your Wammy friends, tell them it's BYOP/ BYOM. ( Bring Your Own Pies/ Mess )
