The scene was called "Twin Boobs" and was I think a parody on Twin Peaks. It was by a producer called "A Pie In The Face Is No Disgrace", though I can't currently find them listed, possibly they've closed.
I believe the producer is long gone. The video was a combo parody of Twin Peaks and The X Files. Kym played an Audrey Horne-like character and the other model was kind of supposed to be Scully. The scene was set in an approximation of the "red room" from Twin Peaks.

Thanks for the replies. I have the Trailer of the video and it gets extremely messy for both of them as the action progresses. A pity it seems lost .....
