I am wondering how much of an issue these videos are. I will admit I paid for a custom in 2020 that I never received. I had purchased 2 but they made up for the other custom.

Are we looking at one of those producers who took a ton of custom money and now we are all screwed.

Hopefully you will have the ability to reclaim your money. Since it is a verified account, there might be something on file that you can subpoena through your financial institution to help get restitution.

I hate when this happens and people get shafted, but customs are always between the involved parties only. The contract and product delivery are handled off-site, the billing almost always circumvents our own store systems, and we have no skin in the game, nor any leverage. So advising people to force a subpoena from UMD doesn't make sense. People do seem to presume that just because they're talking to someone on here that we vouch for them, but that is not correct and it's the reason I don't just let anyone discuss customs here.
