I can't think of any other explanation for the stack of enormous jars of Nutella next to the Valentine's display of prosecco and chocolates in my local Tesco tonight. Surely no adult buys 1kg jars for eating! Anyway, since that was exactly what I'd gone in there for myself it was very convenient, but I really hope that it means that all round the country on Saturday people will be having lots of chocolatey fun with their partners, and not just wasting it on toast
