From the clip it looked like the horse dude was apologizing to Barbara for something. I hope this isn't one of those scripted dramatic drama queen moments. Too much of those is the reason I stopped watching Combate and that Esto es guerra show.
Looks like some decent pie hits in this episode though.

Barbara always flips out when she's in line to take a second or third pie. My quick analysis is that the horse is calming her down before she goes berserk and throws another tantrum that will have to be edited from the show. Perhaps horse tranquilizers would work?
I'm surprised that no one mentioned that Barb appears to have been pied at least twice (with the group of guys actually calling her out t one point)...so, it seems her continual protests were to know avail, at least on this episode.
The concept of CM is half "talk" show (questions and responses from guys and gals) and half game show (one half of which is messy punishment for wrogn answers)...either that, or, it s a government propaganda show to distract people from the impending (Brazilian) economic recession....perhaps both.
Barb's mood swings... and the reaction to them... tend to vary episode to episode.
The hope is that this is an episode where she "plays along." From the looks of it, I'm cautiously optimistic. When she "plays along," she will occasionally miss questions and doesn't protest (too much) when she has to get pied, like (literally) every other cast member does already.
Two weeks back she took two amazing pies (in theory), but the viewers saw almost none of it because she wasn't "playing along" that day. Clearly she was upset and forced the producers (and the editing department) to remove any closeups when she was getting pied. Of course, you could tell the hit was solid as she was still pretty well covered when she got up next, but I guess they couldn't edit around that. To "calm her down," the producers made sure she would win the remaining questions that day... which she did. (And pied the guy into oblivion, but that's incidental in Barb Land.)
Last week was the continued fallout of her not wanting to "play along," as the producers made sure she went 4-0 and, again, got to pie her opponent into oblivion. (4 separate pies is a new record, male or female, FYI.) This is the continued Barb Problem: Anytime WE get a "good week," she has to have 2-4 "good weeks" in return.
This Sunday starts a new season of taping, so I guess they're wiping the slate clean. The dream, of course, is for Barb to finally (finally!!) realize she's on a show where the sole function of the cast members is to get pied every week. (I'm not sure there's any part of a "talk show" left.) And to be fair, it's not like she's singled out for punishment: Old Beardy and Curly get pied literally every week and do so without complaint, and of course the Twins have taken more pies than Soupy Sales by now. Barb is the one cast member who still seems to think she's "above" getting the pie, and it's exactly that attitude that makes it SOOO sweet when she does get it. (And so frustrating when she doesn't.)
And yes, apologies for writing a book again. This random Brazilian chick... Geez. I could write a dissertation by now.
SStuff said: There was a 30-second video up with, literally... NOTHING. I make that comment, and an hour later? Two-minute video with so much goodness.
I only wish I'd known about the power I held over Chega Mais earlier.
It's called "Quantum Pieness". Einstein wrote about it. Spooky pie action at a distance. It's the way the universe works.

*** I thought last week was the first episode of the new season. But I'm not certain.
*** Barbara has not yet fully accepted that Chega Mais is a different show. Since early November the men and women have been treated much more equally. The 2 to 1 pie ratio has thinned to 3 to 2 (approximately). Additionally, the aggressiveness of the pie-ings is much closer to equal.
Barbara still believes that one week of humiliation entitles her to three weeks off. It'll be interesting to see if the producers cave to her protestations. Will the show continue to give Barbara preferential treatment? The last time Barbara demanded Queen Bee status the other women demanded the same and the program went completely off the rails. Hopefully the producers will not let that happen again.
Don't know about anything else, but I'm 99% sure this is the first show of the season, as it just taped. If you look at the IGs of some cast members they talk about returning to taping, and the pics match.
Also the show specifically hyped two new female models on their IG, who both show on Sunday. And it looks like they've started to do an unofficial "hazing process" for new models (both men & women). I know the game isn't technically "rigged," but last week the two new guys went 1-for-8 and took 7 pies & 2 balloons (!!) between them. I think one of the new girls gets well-pied in the preview, so hopefully said trend continues.
