It's a fantastic programme now on its 3rd series. Tonight they featured someone having a mental health crisis. It is good to see that there is now more awareness of mental health. I have suffered with depression and anxiety for many years now. I'd like to hope that as time goes on, the stigma attached to mental health will die away.

I feel we are going through a period of change in many aspects of life. I am a counsellor and have seen an increase in male clients and a more openness from all clients.
I am hoping this is people finally getting over the stigma of mental health issues. Good luck with your depression and anxiety.
