Are there any television (or movie) scenes you're still trying to hunt down?

This has been covered a few times but absolutely the Zoe Ball mini gunk dunk segment on BBC - I watched it live at the time so I know it happened but have never seen a shred of it! She was hot though, epic gunging!

I remember seeing that too back in the day as it was a promo for Comic Relief.

Unlikely to ever surface after all this time, but a trailer for a TV special about the Scottish Caravan and Camping Show at the SECC in Glasgow in the very early 90s featured Muriel Grey in a very nice pink dress - a proper one, not some horid skimpy or too-tight thing - standing under a running shower, soaking wet, while talking to camera about the show and the main programme and completely ignoring all the water cascading over her and her outfit. Saw it when broadcast, never seen it again since. Memeory says it was good wetlook but given it was now the best part of 40 years ago, memory may be embelishing it. No idea if there was a shower scene in the actual programme, this was a separate trailer shown after the evening news.

Pievids, Red Dress pie

You got there before me, lol! Yes, that is supposed to be a fantastic pie in the face. From what I understand it was supposed to run, but there was some interruption and it never aired. I'd like to know more details and I know we've all scoured over the episodes, but, somewhere in the universe it's out there.

I am very torn on this topic. There is a part of me that wants to find some of the scenes I remember from TV shows mainly. But then I fight the rose color glasses effect where I don't want to find the scene again because it won't have the same impact and it will lessen the memory.

This is almost always the case, but I still search for lost scenes. I also find that people will often name a scene that is actually found but they just don't know it. Youtube has been a boon for finding these Holy Grails but I fear mine will never surface, even though I still look. Mine= PBS show from the 1970s (EC) where a waitress messes up a male customer who then turns the tables on her all while saying "Oops"

So there was a movie called Spring Break 83 that had several people getting pied including Downtown Julie Brown and Aviva Bauman. Unfortunately the production company was a big scam operation and the movie never came out. There is a trailer available which shows Julie Brown getting pied and there used to be several pictures showing others like Aviva getting pied but those appear to be gone.

I also remember it vividly, the gunge was really dark and it showed you how the contestants got into the seat above the gunk dunk, by walking across a board that was laid across it. It was a promo for the 1994 series, and when they cut back to Zoe in the studio and asked her what it was like, she commented "the depth, and the smell, it really is getting your own back!"

My grail scene is Camilla Power from Emmerdale on Gimme 5's Tweak the Beak - I know the scene is floating around because I've seen stills of it. Some years later I developed a huge crush on Malandra Burrows and misremembered that it was her - so that was a blow when years later I learned otherwise - but I'd still love to see the clip again haha!

How have I never heard of this one?

For me, it's Diedre Hall getting pied after a week of cohosting the old US Mike Douglas Show.

Mine is an episode of a Jonathan Winters show from around '69 that had Soupy Sales as a guest in which several women got pied in black outs. As it unfolded, I wondered if a beautiful blonde who I had seen earlier in the show would get pied and, sure enough, she was the last one pied. Incredible!

Would have been epic had she not been wearing a hat...

Yeah that was a pity, I remember thinking so at the time - I'd just love to see it again, maybe one day it will find its way to YouTube!

I was just a kid, but, I remember a couple women getting pied on the Mike Douglas show. Maybe around half a dozen of the course of the show. I was too young to know who they were but I remember liking it way back then

I have one very poor image of who i think is Sara Cox .... sitting in a what looks like a bath of beans in full football kit .... possibly on Blue Peter .... never seen any more about this ...

As for me (all on YouTube or various social media)

- this video of an older lady swimming in the ocean in a black maxi dress, getting out, going back in, rinse and repeat. Watched one day and had to exit out because it occurred to me that she might have been a crossdressing dude and at the time I just couldn't get past it.

- Reddit post that was a selfie of a girl in a short yellow lace sleeveless dress wading somewhere. The post was something along the lines of "taking my little yellow dress for a dip" and I have not been able to find it no matter how hard I try.

- Facebook video of a very attractive brunette lady taking an outdoor shower in a white tank top and cutoff denim shorts while a prankster repeatedly pours soap on her from above.

This is from a raunchy UK TV gameshow called Food Fight (hosted by Andy Parsons who went on to do Mock the Week) that aired once in 1998 and has never been seen again. That's definitely been on my list too for ages.

Emily Berrington got pied twice a day for a whole theater run of Dead Funny, but as far as I'm aware there was no official (or unofficial) recording.

Alyson Hannigan getting slimed in Date Movie. The Carmen Electra scene was included as an outtake in the credits, but in the behind the scenes commentary they mentioned that Alyson was slimed in the same way, but it wasn't included unfortunately and will probably never surface.

For some reason, the clip of Melissa Gilbert getting pied on The Talk seems to have vanished from the internet for ever.

And because I recently started another thread on it, Anthea Turner getting pied on the national lottery.

There was a scene that I was in as a stuntie where I basically had to do a high fall into a huge vat of melted chocolate (set in a chocolate factory!), I've never seen the footage personally, but I know it was used, it was a American/Canadian film iirc, but I can't remember the film title! It took five days to film the scene due to needing several hours between takes !

Im always looking for lost EC clips too.
They shot hundreds of episodes and a bunch probably had a pie or 2 but are now lost in a warehouse some where.
Spring break is 83 is another one that probably won't see the light of day.
They didn't pay some people and so they couldn't release it then somebody else bought the rights but they also couldn't release it since the original people didn't get paid.
