I have to admit...I stopped getting excited about "it's coming back!" announcements from PieFightGirls a couple years ago.
I know what happened wasn't the original owner's fault due to the health concerns of course, but the sheer number of posts that have been made about it coming back in some form, only to have six months go by with no word or updates, followed by another post...and another six months...drained the hype I had.
It sucks. PieFightGirls was what got me into WAM in the first place.
I appreciate the continued support. Keep up hope, we will deliver! Trust me, I am eager to pump new life into the site as well! The site has been taken over by a long time fan, so it will get the attention it deserves, in time.
I've tried to not hype up the resurrection until more things are taken care of behind the scenes, so I apologize for keeping you guys wondering.
I know the new owner personally and I hate what's he is going through. The new owner has made the PFG brand a priority, but there are some extenuating circumstances he holds no control over preventing him from moving forward quite yet. But it's coming, just wait a little longer.
I've also been privy to a few clips of the new material, great stuff!!!
I would rather have really strong content that takes a long time to reach fruition... Rather than product that looks and feels rushed out.
I also think that everyone should expect that the new PFG material *will* be different from the old stuff. It's the nature of the beast. Heck, Neil's stuff looked quite different between his time in TX and the newer stuff in CA, despite the fact that most everything else (pie formula, pie thrower, lighting, set) was identical.
Thanks Rich for emphasizing that. That's my biggest fear, that I won't be able to match expectations!
Yes my contributions will definitely be different. Especially the first few. I have unreleased content that I shot from 9 different models, prior to the transition, so those definitely were shot without the specific PFG vision, though that vision was still a big influence since I am a long time fan.
Some differences... I am about 50/50 between favoring pies or slime. Though Neil did move on to slime in later years, my shoots may have a bit more of it. I've also dabbled in things like eggs in a couple of scenes. Also the shoots I have done to date are all single model shoots. Some of the shoots do have the famous tin-less pie throwing that Neil has mastered (though probably not as good), and I will continue to work on perfecting that.
Future shoots will try to gear more towards the PFG vision.
Neil and I are still in constant communication. We talk multiple times per week and there are plans for him to still produce and release content from him. Unfortunately I can't commit to when that will come to fruition, but it is something that we talk about often.
I hope that fans have not given up on the site just yet. I again want to stress that I have been a fan from the beginning, that it is in my best interest to keep the legacy going, and that I plan on doing just that! I discovered wam well over 20 years ago, back in the days when newsgroups were the main source of content where I eagerly awaited new pic postings from wamtec.
I read the forums every day. I am quite the introvert and might not reply to a lot of stuff, but I am definitely active here and listening to your perspectives. Feel free to reach out any time with any questions, suggestions, or concerns.

Hah, I was wondering why no one mentioned it . It shows upright on my pc so didn't see that it posted upside down until after. I'll make sure the videos are right side up at least.
