Me personally, I like the delayed wipe. She, he, they, let a few layers of pie, slime etc pile up all over them and then when you can't really tell who they are anymore they least wipe it out their eyes and nose enough where follow up slime, pie and other mess shots stick and they can actually feel what's drenching them. Sometimes I haven't been able to feel what's covered me after getting slimed. Think it's kinda how you can tell who ACTUALLY enjoys doing this man and woman alike and who just does it cuz they lost a bet, or for a pay check, or was so bored had nothing else to do that day.

In a lot of contexts, wiping is a reminder that they aren't in bondage and can move, which takes me out of things a bit if I'm remembering that they could be trying to escape or dodge the mess.

Though honestly that's usually not a deal breaker for me by itself, and a more direct solution than not wiping is to be in bondage.

I prefer a pause, letting the pie drip down onto the cleavage, then a slow wipe of the eyes. I like the look of shock and humiliation rather than a smiles too.
