Oh I've known for a while. She was moving into her career and didn't want any of her older "model" work following her around. (So it wasn't like she retired from JUST pies...)
We've shot some stuff that still needs to be released. And I wondered if it was a blessing in disguise... Lots of folks publicly and privately told me they were bored with her after multiple releases. (Although given that attitude, I'm not sure how sites that just rotate the same 3-4 models in and out for years continue to function, but....)
I do still wish/hope we get the chance to shoot one final super blowout scene. Or that maybe I can "coax her out of retirement" once in a while. We'll see. At least it's better than Toshia, who one day just decided to move 8 hours away and never come back. :-S

Maybe it's that way across the board then. I also released a new volume from one of my better-selling models (Carrie) and it's had the worst sales of all her releases.

They definitely have changed, and regularly too Sam..I mean my Schoolgirl scene which is top of the bestsellers list was only released last week, and my Jessie humiliated scene at no 5 is less than a month old.
Are you confusing best-sellers with the 'hottest scenes'? The hottest scenes are the ones you can see on the homepage, and the hotness of a scene is decided by a secret mystical algorithm that, like the Colonel's secret recipe, is a closely guarded secret, but what it isn't is about what's selling
I used to think hottest meant best-selling and kept thinking 'what is it about that House Of Mess clip that it is always the best selling clip?'. It isn't. It's just the hottest scene under the secret sauce formula. Sadly if MM told us what it was, he'd have to kill us
The bestsellers, which I found the other day, are listed on a totally separate, slightly less obvious, page. These do change regularly..and even there it has to be borne in mind that a lot of big hitters like Rich, Messygirl, wamprincess, The Moomins etc eschew the UMD and sell elsewhere, which means they don't appear on the charts at all

Said 3-4 models get naked, and messed in a wide range of ways.
Don't get me wrong - I understand the gist of what you're saying, but it kind of comes across like a mom and pop restaurant that's been around for 20 years wondering out loud why the tapas or fast casual place that opened down the street is siphoning away all sorts of business while their own sales are flat or even down. After all, it's not rlike Chipolte has a gazillion menu items.
