Also, gloves. Not like work or safety gloves, more like nice leather driving gloves.

If a woman actively approaches me and flirts is another good one. This seems so rare, only ever happened to me once.

I agree that details count...even while i add them together to create a total look (that I find "sexy"). One reason i made so few wam videos is because I would obsess over details (hair style, accessories, clothing [of course], color coordinating, jewelry, makeup [eye shadow, lipstick], panties [cut/style, color, material], and the composition of the pies or gunge [texture, thickness, color, layering, cream amount, crust/no crust], etc.)...after producing (scripting, casting, shopping, filming) i was always exhausted mentally and physically. I tend to like the WAM videos featuring a model wearing opera gloves as well.
It reminds me of some of the classic Three Stooges or other b/w slapstick fights
that take place at a high society "Hoi Polloi" elegant dress party.
It makes me attempt to "fantasize" that these models
have got "all dolled up" and are attending their own elegant party
(although being filmed next to a pickup truck
can be a bit distracting toward the "fantasizing about an elegant party" part )
Anyway, these "lovely ladies" are attending a prestigious party

I love woman in formal gowns and dresses. I like normal dresses. Gloves are always a plus and usually preferred. But what turns me on the most is "accidental " wetlook. A push or a fall is what draws me in.

Non-fake, simply painted fingernails - particularly in self-pies, wiping the eyes, burying the model's face in her hands in anticipation, etc... I guess it just adds an aspect of femininity for me.

A lot of what's listed above doesn't really qualify as "odd" -- well-dressed women or men, red lipstick, bare wet skin, etc. Not saying these things aren't sexy, they just aren't odd! My own choice, on the other hand...

Women wearing one-piece swimsuits getting gunged really gets me going. Especially when they end up with that resigned look on their face that says 'yep, this is happening, isn't it? Fuck!'

Visit the cosmetics counters in any department store in the UK and this is how most of the girls look these days. Certainly the eyebrows.

In case you're wondering, these "accessories" are from another doll line (Remember the Project MC2 line???)
Those dolls had a "wave" called "Spy Girls" that featured them using invisible ink, and decoder rings,
and the "accessory" was called "disguise glasses", because, let's face it,
a little girl now-a-days probably has no clue who this "Groucho" guy was.

well, I guess an oddity I left out is that I like to see women in wet dresses... getting pied. Or wet skimpy tops or bikinis, but especially dresses. Getting pied. I actually jump ahead in Slapstick Stuff's tapes to where the model is watered to see the second goround.

Mine isn't so much visual, but I find it really sexy when the model talks about getting messy.

For one of Toshia's super early SlapstickStuff volumes, Rich did one of his "before" videos of the model getting ready, and he asks Toshia if she has anything she wants to say to the viewers. She looks at the camera and says "I'm about to get pied in the face."

Still one of the best videos he ever produced and not a single pie was thrown.

Women pied wearing black trash bags. Yeah, I know not everyone likes it but I absolutely love it, especially at pie toss events where there is a succession of victims sitting there all bagged up. It's better where they don't make holes for the arms because they're more helpless and there is no chance to wipe the face. I love it when the excess pie mess spills down the bags. This is probably my favourite pie video ever for this reason (great coverage too):
