Thought this would be a good opportunity to check in some new content whilst I can't do any customs for the time being, so hopefully can take advantage.
That said it doesn't appear to be abundantly clear where to enter the code. (or actually how to sign up for a subscription when you are not an ongoing one but a previous subscriber, as I assume it would be under change plan (although that implies you are already paying) but that just brings up an error message on the plan selection)

It's on the checkout page, when you enter your card or PP info. On the right hand side of the screen on a PC, at the top on a phone.
If you click on any video, you see a get access now button, click that and it'll take you to the order page.
I'm not sure why you're not getting to the correct page from the tab? Odd, works fine here?
Ah a checkout screen wasn't visible on the right on the PC, I could go to the billing screen and enter card details etc, view previous payments.
Anyway clicking on a video and then 'access now' worked a treat took me to the page i was expecting to see with the place to put the code and select my choice of time so now all sorted cheers.
Maybe that link could be to be added to the drop down on the 'account tab' as my options are only 'Billing' and 'Change Plan-Cancel' with no sort of 'Sign up/Subscribe' option.
Given the current situation in UK and in most countries this is a very generous offer. Despite being laid off, I've always appreciated Mostwam and Team for their amazing work.
