I will only eat these certain tomatoes every year and i have to eat them with fresh mozzarella, olive oil and pepper. SOMETIMES i can put them on a crunchy/chewy piece of baguette or whatever but if it gets soggy at all? its over , rover. lisa is probably gagging if shes reading this. I refuse to eat a tomato unless it has a crisp texture. omg, if it is soggy at all?? nope. nope. nope. just nope.

so i feel ya on the tomato front. not as hardcore, but i am picky as FUCK if i ever DO eat them. on the very small chance. i like MAKING things with them for others! other than that? meh.

tomato sauce is pretty gnarly on the skin. it does not want to go away as far as smells go and it burns like a bitch if it is on there long enough! shooooo weeeee!
