Why does everyone think we go beyond the limits each model we work with? We respect the limits of each model. If Bre wants just good old fashion pie and slime shoots, we can do that. I know she will have on more clothing than what you usually put on her.
Amy never has been on the fucking machine and never will be, because she set her limits with that. See how we treat our girls, with respect.

Yes they do. Fortunately, I shave my arms before a shoot! Oh, and they don't like stools, white chairs, and the same backdrop used because the backdrop is always the main object in a wam movie. Also, Hannah Perez rocks!

I still don't get why Breana is not "allowed" to shoot for us? We don't bite. We are made out to be this evil wam empire for some reason? All we want to do is shoot with her, because the majority of our fans, and yours, would like to see it. I don't see any harm in that.
I know we joke about it, but the reality is I don't "forbid" her from shooting with you... Or other producers. Certainly she shot with Ken a couple years back (I think mostly due to Ginger). And you already know this! In fact, you told me straight up that you reached out to her with a job offer last year... But at some point she stopped getting back to you, and that was the end of it.
And since you never talked to me beforehand, I had no idea any of this was happening. Certainly, on a personal and business level, I'd prefer that my most popular model stays exclusive to my site. (A fact you must appreciate, as you told me not to contact Amy when a customer of mine offered me a LOT of $$ to bring her in! And even though she isn't under any contract with you, I've respected your feelings and never made any attempt to get in touch with her BTW).
But realistically, Bre is free to do what she wants. (As is Amy, for that matter....) So if she decided not to follow through on your offer, that's her decision. Not mine. Believe it or not, Bre takes most (all) jobs WITHOUT consulting with me first!
I should also point out that you and I are both aware that Breana refuses to do ANY nudity... even topless... and one turned down an actual $2500 offer from a customer of mine to do topless for ONE scene. But I'm fairly certain this isn't common knowledge with the UMD crowd. And I get it: The UMD assumes the Bre/MG pairing will end up like most MG shoots (i.e. full nudity), and that's the appeal of the fantasy.
The reality--that Bre was approached by MG with an offer to fly to TX to shoot non-nude content, and turned it down, probably because she can shoot non-nude content locally with me without taking extra days off, and for enough money per scene to where I don't even make a profit on her stuff anymore--is far more banal. While it's fun to make it seem like the entire UMD wants Breana to jump ship to MG.... and I'm the only thing blocking that.... It's not really the case.

We saw she worked for you and then Ken, so we were under the impression she was a free agent, so we contacted her. Then she friended us on model mayhem, so Alana (our new model booking agent) contact her again. She agreed to shoot for us. Then nothing again from her. So how did you know she was in talks with Alana this time?

I mean, I'm not sure how this is open to interpretation:
"Amy is exclusive with only us when it comes to wam shoots. Even the PG ones. "
And then, when I asked if that meant she was on retainer, MG said:
"Well, it's a verbal agreement. As long as we keep giving her monthly work it's all good between us."
And I said it was the same with myself and Bre. And then she went on to complain about how a couple of her models had been poached by other producers, and it was definitely a power move. ANYWAY. I assumed we'd reached an understanding.

Well, she's my signature model, similar to how Amy or Lane or Liz is for you. (And since I only have one, and you guys have many, she's obviously more crucial to me.) But sadly, no model is a "free agent" as long as another producer is willing to pay her enough... and Ken has long made a habit of trying to poach my models, as you already know. (When you fly into another producer's backyard 6+ times a year to shoot, that's pretty obvious!) Fortunately, his Bre shoot didn't seem to affect my sales too much. I've seen some of the footage... Personally I didn't think it was a good fit.
No idea that Alana was trying to "woo" her yet again. I did see you reaching out to her on MM. I asked MG about that, and she said it was just a generic response and wouldn't lead to anything. But it sounds like Alana is now actively trying to make it happen?
Again, I have no control over Bre, and we've already established that no model is "exclusive" if another producer throws enough money at them. But it seems a bit hypocritical for you guys to engage in the same behavior that angers you with other producers? Especially when (I thought) we came to a gentleman's agreement about this last year?
And I didn't want to bring this up publicly, so if MM wants to delete all this, that's fine. But again, it's no fun to be portrayed as the "bad guy" on the UMD, simply for not wanting my signature model to jump ship to a bigger rival. I hope you understand the position it puts me in.
So, guys, I'm checking the bylaws here and this is very interesting, it says that if there's an unresolved dispute over who has exclusive rights to a model, then after a specified period of time that model goes to ... Regis?! Regis gets the model. Huh. Well, frankly that does sound fair to me.
