Here's a classic photo of actress Ann Margaret covered in paint from 1964's the Swinger!

Here's another plea for anyone out there who might have that elusive TV special scene where Ann Margaret took a pie in the face to please share it with the rest of us.

I first learned about this pie scene through Hurley Coward's old Holy Grail list of lost pie scenes. I was told a number of years ago by a UMD member that the entire show the pie scene was a part of is available as a paid unofficial download. I found the site where a number of Ann Margaret TV specials were sold (for something like $20-$25 apiece, pretty steep) but it wasn't clear which of the shows available (if any) had the pie scene in question. (Hurley hadn't been clear on which of the various specials she did had the pie scene in his Holy Grail list, because he wasn't certain himself.)

For whatever it's worth, one UMD member who saw the scene when it originally aired said it wasn't that great. His only explanation was that he didn't think she enjoyed getting pied. Another person who had scene said the only problem with it was the camera angle. No matter what problems it may have, I'd still love to see it, and I bet many other pie fans would too.
