OMFG!!!!! I am still kinda awestruck over the occurrences of a week and a half ago. I have managed to win "best rave themed shoot" at the altporn awards a couple of times over the last five years, but this year I was nominated for best photographer overall... and I WON!!!! The award is based on a mix of industry critics and fan voting, and I managed to lock it up! I was accompanied by my current romantic partner and CreamMeAgain for an amazing night at the award show. It was an honor to be in the presence of a such a pair of lovely ladies. I can't explain how elated I was to have broken out of the rave niche, which I so proudly occupy, and been awarded best photographer overall in the alternative erotica scene.... just... wow... And a majority of my output in the adult industry is work I do right here on UMD. I feel privileged to get to bring a view of the messy fun we get up to around here, into the view of some folks who may not be as aware that we even exist. WAM is definitely a niche interest, and the alt look (raver, goth, punk rock, tattooed, pierced, hippie etc subcultures) is likewise niche, so as it is my work is a double-down on the "out there" segment of the adult industry.... and to see it all come together like this was a crowning achievement in my career.

Congrats! If I'm totally honest, your productions aren't quite my taste, but I have certainly noted the outstanding quality of your photography. (I'm just not into tats and piercings or body mess, and that seems to be your jam.)
Clix, you 200% deserve it! What you do behind that camera is magic, and it's plain to see. Quite frankly, your camera work is some of the best I've seen period.
Keep doing what you love, expand your portfolio, and look for new opportunities to branch out. You have undeniable talent!
