OKAY, so, i got the OFFICIAL email that Dixie will be starting grad school in a further away location.....

so, her time coming to see me after this will be strictly to visit bc she will not have time to work. Here is the email she sent me.

she gave me some shoot dates and since I have some other stuff in front of me I think she will be shooting around november the 14th. SO, if you want to book with her.....if you need outfits for it, major messes i need to order or WHATEVER, she is available to shoot with me, payton, Jezzie, or even Naomi.

Please note: it is HARD to get all of us together on ONE DAY, so please, if you want to book with more than just her and me to please go ahead and do so! This is a sad thing for the house of mess but for her as my friend? i couldnt be more happy for her!!!

I apologize if before, we really thought she wasnt goign to be able to come back...she had some issues with school and had to go back another couple of semesters! but, its official!!! She will be missed dearly so lets send her out with a bang!!!

Hey girl!
I hope this isn't too last notice, but I've decided the next time I come down will be the last time!! Since I am graduating in a little over a month (yay!!), I just won't have time to make it down more than once.
I'm hoping we can make it my best jobs yet! & I hope everyone is gonna miss me lol. I cannot wait to come shoot one last time!

YEP. its totally official. she graduated and now she is moving further away to persue her graduate degree and this is it!! last time, it was like "okay this is going to be it....." and once she GOT HERE she was in TEARS bc of some kind of deal with her credits not transferring and she had to take two more semesters of school. including during the summer while holding down two jobs. and this one!

so, time for graduate school and she has to buckle down and even though she wants to do it, has really grown to LOVE IT, she just wont be able to have the time at all. we hate it but like i said, i am SO HAPPY FOR HER. i am glad she will atleast be able to, and made a POINT to give me some days to come shoot one last time!

i hope we can book some stuff she can have a blast in!!

That is terrible news for the WAM world. Dixie is awesome. I had hoped that I would eventually get her to do that glue and glitter shoot that I talk about (which she would look incredible doing), but unfortunately can't afford it right now. Somebody, get that done!

I wish her luck with her studies. As somebody who has gone to graduate school, I can say that it is quite a challenge. Everything gets turned up way past 11 - maybe to about a 26. It is a shock just how much more difficult it gets.

Perhaps if I save up enough I might be able to help her have one last wetlook video. Here's hoping.

Good luck and best wishes to her! She always seemed to really enjoy getting all slopped up even in the most extreme of messes, which made it even more awesome! Hope she comes back for a reunion shoot sometime in the future...time to pour out a little liquor...

Good luck to Dixie! I'll miss her also. She did at least 3 wet look customs in those white jeans! Hope she can do another wet look custom one last time!
