I have a fan who wants a messy session with enough cake batter to fill a bath tub but I honestly have no idea how much cake batter I should buy. Has anyone done this before? He doesn't want the batter to be super thick but more of a slime-like consistency.
you will need atleast 75 15 ounce boxes of cake batter i have done quite a few. hope this helps! this was for a standard size tub cause when you fill it up you have to remember how much it will go up once you sink in

Oh, I know how much *it's* going to go up when you or Leila get in, Jayce! :lovestruck:

Thanks, that is helpful. And I almost forgot to take into account the volume of people in the tub.
if you are wanting it a thiner consistency, use 2.5 or 3 cups of water PER 15 ounces (or one box of cake mix) usually to make a consistency like we normally make, it takes two cups per box. if they want it more slimey, then add more. 2.5 or 3 cups! cant wait to see it! and with it being so thin, you can actually cut back on the boxes by about 10 i would say, since you will have that much more water in there mmmmm batter bath! love them!
