I have a model that is sending me a 15-20 min video via mobile. I was wondering what is the best way to transfer the video without losing its quality with file compression. I think the file will be too large to transfer via messnger or whatsapp. Does anyone also know the file limites for messenger and whatsapp. Anyone that has any information would be alot of help. Thanks

WhatsApp will reduce the file size when sent. Dropbox, Google drive can be used on mobile

Also, best to do that transfer (at both ends) while connected to wifi, otherwise it will eat your data allowance!

Use a site that is actually designed for file transfers like wetransfer.com
I've received files thru it before and it works as expected.

I almost exclusively use dropbox for such transfers. I pay for a pro account because of how often I transfer files back and forth with models who hire me for shooting and when I provide customs to clients etc. They recently added a "transfer" feature where you will get a notification that the file has actually been received preventing any of the "I didn't get it" headaches.
