Sorry to ask, does anyone recall a music video from a while ago. I think it was a dance/trance song but it had a lot of cars in and at one point a blonde lady is dancing under a car (in a garage) and what looks like black oil leaks onto her head.

I have tried the usual searches and lists but cannot seem to find this one.
