As you might know, I held my first Pie Zone shoot over the weekend. Joining me was a cute 21-year-old photographer named Caroline, and damn did she get messy!
We used a gameshow script where a wrong answer resulted in a pie to the face- or slime, depending on the round- but wouldn't you know it, the answers were damn near impossible to get. Caroline was magnificent at playing the confidant girl turned messy, frustrated contestant!
Here are a few HD photos from the shoot. Caroline took 15 big shaving cream pudding pies (white and colored) to the face and a bucket of bright green oatmeal batter slime. She was absolutely covered by the end, and enjoyed every minute of it
So hang tight for a few more days, guys, because the finished video will resemble an actual gameshow, complete with graphics and original gameshow music. Editing takes time, but I'm really trying to take the messy gameshow idea to the next level.

I'm so excited for this! I've waited so long for a genuine (or at least convincing) game show format, and with near-perfect slime!
I'd love to see some slime first, though. Just my preference - and probably a contentious topic, haha - but slime on shaving cream just gives a weird look, whereas there's something about chunky green slime splattering on a clean girl that's just so perfect!

This looks awesome!! Congrats on a successful first seen, love the concept and can't wait to see the final product. All the pics look great, but something about that first pic with her clean, waiting to get messy, holding that massive pie is amazing!!! If you don't mind me asking, how much shaving cream did it take to make each of those pies?

Glad to hear you're excited for it! As I'm editing the footage, I can see how the ticking down of a countdown clock, the harsh tone of the WRONG ANSWER buzzer, cartoon pie splat sound effect, and audience ambience add so much more than just pretty girl getting pied on camera. I guess you can say I'm thinking Brazilian and Japanese gameshows as much as 90s Nickelodeon.
As for the slime, I'm sure I'll get around to a slime-first scene at some point since that's obviously superior as far as slimings go!

Thank you! I always feel you gotta have your clean model holding a humongous pie before the mess happens. You're right, the anticipation for what's to follow is very high at that moment, so best to milk it.
I think the pie that Caroline is holding has like 3/4 of a can of Barbasol. Of course, I have a special trick to make it look like bakery style whipped cream

It's definitely a possibility down the road I'd like to do that gag where- I think PieFightGirls did this first- her top magically "dissappears" into thin air
