I'll address the off-topicness first, this belongs in that subforum. If people started flooding the main forum with Happy Birthday well wishing to every single quasi-celebrity who has happened to taken a pie in the face, the forums would be overrun with it. It's not directly about any WAM. Doesn't belong.
Now, the creep factor: It's creepy, giving off this weird stalker-vibe. Put yourself in the shoes of this Kendra Wilkinson person for a second. Since the OP didn't go into details, I'll assume she was pied at some point in some kid's show or some other non-sexual benign comedy/drama/whatever moment. Do you think she would appreciate a random birthday notification on a heavily XXX sexual forum for doing something she had no idea was sexual or fetishized in the first place?

When a topic talks about WAM, that makes it on-topic as far as UMD is concerned. If we want to ban posting clean pictures and "wish" posts, then we should have a conversation about that, instead of publicly piling on a user for doing what's been done since this forum has existed.
Surely our wholefetishcan be boiled down to creepy and off topic? I get excited by beautiful women getting pied or gunged, if not creepy its bloody weird.. I guess this type of post can be useful, I've never heard of her, but it seems worth Googling to see what happened, it would have been nice to have the messy pic or link included, just cause I'm a lazy bleeder and can't be arsed to do it..
Finally, EVERY post disappoints someone, that's just life, Wam seems to be a secondary or add on fetish, so every post leaves somebody thinking 'that's okay, would be better if they were wearing an inspector gadget costume, or there were kumquat involved, the pie was thicker/runnier/5 mm further to the left etc..
