The original by Smokie is from the 1970s.... Entitled "Living Next Door To Alice," and there's no profanity in that one.

The "remake" by Gompie from 1995 is basically that original cheesy version.... with added profanity. Obviously, the added profanity makes the song 1000 times better.

I can't find any reference to alice deejay, however I got this song labeled as being Alice Deejay. Not sure if it is really happy hardcore or not.
