The smell from real whipped cream is the result of protein decomp under hot temperature conditions, so, to delay the smell issue, just use air conditioning (cooling)...not TOO much cooling (or the models start to shiver)...but just enough to slow down protein degradation.
Or avoid the smell by using fake whipped cream, like cool whip or the off-brand equivalent.
It's an edible oil product. Almost no dairy in it at all. I can play in it for a half hour or so until it basically breaks down to palm oil and all of the white fluffyness disappears - it still won't stink.
