Lame, lame, and lame. Nobody knows how to throw or even create a solid pie anymore. We're at the mercy of producers at this point... Producers - jack your prices! Mainstream pie is crap! The art is lost. I've even seen a resurgence of lemon meringue. LEMON MERINGUE! There is "hair pieing", whipped cream dabbing... For The love of God, Montressor!
Know what someone needs to do? A female version of the stuff on "SuitandPie" YouTube page. THAT, I would pay for.
