There's only one umd I'm afraid sites like this are super rare for anyone with a fetish... to have literally everything catered for in one place.
There's lots of German people here though, maybe you could make your own group? Message messmaster if you're not sure how.

The reason would more than likely be that not everyone speaks german and more speak english. Theres more chance of sales for english language videos over german speaking videos as there are less german speakers than there are english. Producers are always aiming to attract the largest possible audience
