A lot off years ago there was on the internet a free clip Lisa Moomin, Messy Jessy, leonmoomin and Johnny sploshing in the old studio after a BBQ. Getting messy in the gunge tank and Kiddy pool full off gunge does anyone know where to find it ir has this clip. It was awesome to see. Greats
I've got it. It was indeed a free clip so reposting it wouldn't be stepping on anyone's toes or breaking any rules as far as I know. If the mods say it's okay, I'll post it in this thread as a we transfer link.
And please guys, don't send me private messages asking me to send it to you personally. That just gets tacky after a while.

I think MM would have to make the call on that one, I'll flag this thread to him.

That was exactly why I didn't just post it. Well played, Sir.

Free clips do not necessarily make them free for all or even available forever. The publishing rights are the same as for any other copyright material. The owner might wish to withdraw it for any number of reasons. These might be commercial or private and personal.
The owner of a clip might publish a free clip for a number of reasons: a promo or trailer for a scene; a former premium clip on temporary offer at no cost as a de facto promotion.
We may view clips we have downloaded over time privately but we have no right to publish them on our own terms.
In this case, the clip was a record of a spontaneous, private event those involved agreed to share at a particular time. It was posted by the owner for free viewing at the time. If they are no longer showing it from one of their own distribution outlets we have to assume that they don't want it to be available anymore.

That is for MM to decide. The admin guidelines are included in the ToS so anyone can read them - click the "Terms & Privacy" link at the bottom of every page - but the basics are that while for clear-cut things like imagery with kids in, piracy / trading, abusive or aggressive abuse, etc, the admins can act instantly, for anything more complex, refer it to MM. Which has been done with this one and will usually get an answer within a few days.

Agreed. MM has the final veto as it's his site - especially in regard to exposure on the forum of the persons and organisations featured.
But that is still after sharing it has been cleared by the original owners - which was Leon et al. I doubt everyone in it signed releases to this effect.

I seem to remember it turned up on YT, published by one(or more) of the participants.
I agree with Trouso, "Free clips do not necessarily make them free for all or even available forever." We normally would let it slide if we were reasonably sure the clip was meant to be free for all, even if we're not sure what's since happened to the original owner.
In this case, we all know what happened to the owner as well as how contentious their business / personal situation probably still is. We also don't make a point to promote their products. I think sharing a clip with those people in it would be in bad taste.
